Seasonal Food permit running May-October: $150.00
Mobile Unit Plan Review $250.00, then food permit based on Class I, II, or III.
Establishment fees paid on a yearly basis.

Late Fee $100.00 for up to 5 business days.
$30.00 for each additional business day.
Penalty Fee $300.00 (Operating without permit or license)

Closure of a facility due to Health Code Violation $500.00
