Subdivision Plat Review

$150.00 plus $30.00 per lot and mileage fee


Temporary: $30.00 per event (Must be paid at least 2 working days before event or a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed). This includes events lasting more than one day in a row.

Fee to be paid unless have proof of tax exempt status.

Seasonal Food permit running May-October: $150.00

Mobile Unit Plan Review $250.00, then food permit based on Class I, II, or III.

Establishment fees paid on a yearly basis.

Class I $250.00

Class II $175.00

Class III $115.00

Late Fee $100.00 for up to 5 business days.

$30.00 for each additional business day.

Penalty Fee $300.00 (Operating without permit or license)

$100.00 per day after initial day of operating with a permit or license.

Re-inspection $50.00 per follow-up on critical violations.

Closure of a facility due to Health Code Violation $500.00

Re-inspection for reopening after Closure $500.00

Reissuing a permit after closing $500.00
